We’re kicking off 2025 with enhancements that make your workspace smarter, cleaner, and more resilient. You can now sum field values directly in grids, perfect for quick totals and on-the-fly analysis. Conditional formatting has been upgraded for sharper visual cues and easier rule management. We’ve also introduced master data archiving to help declutter legacy records without losing traceability. And for added peace of mind, the new backup app catalog ensures your critical configurations are safely stored and easily recoverable. It’s all about starting the year with clarity and control.

Support summation of field values in DataGrid based controls

Support has been added for summing of values via new field options in DataGrid components. Users can now activate summation directly in UI though the field option offering greater flexibility for reporting and analysis.

Improvements to conditional formatting to apply to entire row

Sometimes users just want to spread the color love—and now they can. Conditional formatting can now be applied across entire rows, making patterns and highlights easier to spot. Go ahead, enjoy the extra splash of clarity.

Enhanced Search & Filtering on the Jobs Screen

The Jobs workbench now offers streamlined filtering by Job Groups and Tags, plus a convenient search box to quickly locate specific entries. You can also assign custom colors to individual jobs and job groups for clearer visual organization. And if you need guidance, Help is now just a click away—directly accessible from the Job details screen.

New Option on User control to copy a user

We’ve introduced a streamlined way to create new users by copying an existing profile—automatically assigning the same security groups and roles. The Copy Users workflow now supports bulk creation and file import, making onboarding faster and more efficient. Sure, it’s not quite as futuristic as cloning or 3D-printing a new teammate to tackle planner tasks—but it’s a solid step toward lightening the load.

Export with Ease — Even at 30,000 ft….

The Supply Demand View now includes a new export option for contextual table views, preserving all formatting exactly as displayed. Whether you’re prepping for a meeting or a long-haul flight, users can now take their data offline—just in case satellite internet decides to take a nap.

Master Data, meet the Archive Button

Got an old Item or Site that’s just hanging around like a forgotten sock? Now you can “Archive” master data with a single click.
Poof, it vanishes from the UI like it never existed (but don’t worry, it’s still safely tucked away behind the scenes).

Technical Improvements

Access to S3 folders using Folder Links in Files component

Accessing key S3 folders is now more intuitive with the introduction of Folder Links in the Files component. A redesigned landing page highlights available folders for application users, streamlining navigation and visibility. While we’ve made access easier, managing screen time is still up to you.

New Task Type: Backup Your App Catalog 🛡️

A new task has been added to help you back up the current application catalog and save it to S3. It’s a simple way to add an extra layer of protection, whether you’re creating snapshots or prepping for disaster recovery.

Customize CSV Export

We’ve all felt the sting of losing things—whether it’s your car keys or that elusive sock. While we can’t help with household mysteries, the team has introduced a new field option that tackles a more technical nuisance: the vanishing of leading zeroes in number fields after exporting to Excel. By allowing the addition of leading characters, this update offers a simple but effective safeguard. It’s not a cure-all, but it’s definitely a step in the right direction.
